In our facility, the primary air valves of NH compressors have a lifespan of around one month due to the dirty nature of the gas that enters them; in other words, these valves need to be replaced every month at most. I’m curious to know what the lifespan of the primary air valves in your NH compressors is for those of you who are responsible for managing them.

It’s more or less the same; the electrostatic coking remover in Plant 1 of our factory doesn’t work. Every time we need to replace the valve, we can’t stop the compressor for too long, as there’s too much tar, and it becomes difficult to remove the valve once it cools down. .
Increase filtering capacity and modify the structure of the air valve
