I work in estimation within the chemical industry, with a background in civil engineering. But to continue working in the chemical industry, one should have some knowledge of pipes and valves. I know there are many experts here; I would be grateful if you could offer some guidance or recommend books that specialize in valves. Although there is some knowledge regarding costs, it is necessary to gradually develop an understanding of the physical aspects, so that this can be linked with cost estimation knowledge.
