The particle size can be determined easily; generally, 80% of particles with a size of 1-4 mm are white in color. If the particles have gray or black tones, it’s likely that the nutrient content does not meet the standards. The roundness of the particles can also be seen at a glance – if there are many flat or unevenly shaped fertilizer particles, then the quality of the fertilizer is likely poor.
