Learning* problems

Dear experts, I have been working for two years now. I thought I had put in a lot of effort to learn knowledge about *devices, but I’ve encountered a problem: sometimes a very small issue can be solved with a simple method, yet other times I just can’t think of a solution. To be honest, I do know quite a bit about device-related knowledge, but in practical situations I’m unable to apply that knowledge, or I can’t think of the relevant solutions when trying to address a problem. Sometimes I feel completely frustrated and lack any sense of achievement. I would like to ask everyone how they learned *device-related knowledge. I appreciate any advice you can give; thank you in advance!

Learn it slowly; it’s something learned in university, and theoretical knowledge can tell you about it, but experience isn’t necessarily acquired that way. It really takes time, and only by working on projects can one understand exactly how to do it. The mindset and way of thinking in schools need to change, and I am also going through that process……
