How to get into the Sixth Chemical Engineering Institute?

I am now in my third year of graduate school, studying chemical process simulation, and I want to work at Xi’an Sixth Chemical Engineering Institute. Is it required to have a bachelor’s degree from a 211 university?
It doesn’t seem so. As far as I know, they accept applicants who are graduates from regular universities. Of course, a university with a good reputation gives an advantage, but in the end, it’s still ability that counts!

There is no explicit requirement for a 211 university degree, but if the undergraduate degree is not from a 211 institution, it’s basically impossible to succeed through conventional means...

For normal recruitment, your qualifications are sufficient. 20 years ago, design institutes only required a bachelor’s degree; many graduates from vocational schools were good enough. In recent years, as these institutions have been restructured, some design firms have turned into engineering companies. Those organizations that already had strong networks began to hire people through those connections – 80% of the employees in such firms are from such backgrounds, and most of them have an associate degree. If you can tolerate the atmosphere there – with arrogant managers and people who don’t work because they rely on their connections – then it’s fine. Those who work overtime all day have no chance for promotion. If you can tolerate these, then go ahead boldly. Because you can make some money there.
You can enter on foot, or by running, or have someone carry you in; and for the really fancy ones, a helicopter can be used to drop you in from the sky
