Pressure vessel certificate lost

For a certain type of pressure vessel, I’ve lost 1) the product quality certificate for the pressure vessel, 2) the product compliance certificate, and 3) the certificate verifying the safety performance of the product. Moreover, I haven’t yet taken the equipment to the regulatory authority to obtain a usage permit. What should I do? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
Try communicating with the manufacturer and ask them to help provide an additional set.
Reply to 1# zc736: The manufacturers produce two copies of these items, one for the customer and one for archiving. You can first ask the manufacturer to lend you the documents so that you can go through the registration process, and then try to get them to provide you with a copy stamped with a red seal; if that’s not possible, you’ll have to settle for keeping a copy.
1 and 2 can be provided by the manufacturer, as they have archives of them. 3. There is only 1 copy (the original); you can contact the manufacturer to ask them to obtain an additional copy from the local regulatory authorities (though this is difficult). If that’s not possible, use a copy and then communicate with the local authorities.
Contact the manufacturing unit to obtain a replacement copy. Generally, manufacturers keep the required documents for about 7 years; as long as it’s within this time frame, it should be possible to get a replacement. However, many manufacturers charge a fee for this service. . .
This of yours must be a new device. In fact, as long as you haven’t paid in full, the manufacturer will \"feel obliged\" to assist you with it. Hehe

The certificate is issued in three copies: two duplicates – one kept by the inspection authority and one by the manufacturing factory – and one original, which is retained by the entity that uses it. If one is lost, it needs to be reissued.
Please ask the manufacturing unit to provide you with an additional copy; the cost is not high
