How to manage processes

Of course, there is more to it; process management encompasses many aspects, including the preparation of operating procedures and the review and approval of technical documents such as technical plans； Three-dose management ； Compliance Management ； Interlock management ； Technical calibration ； Analysis and testing, among which technical analysis is particularly important; process management means organizing technical analysis promptly when issues are identified in the process. On the other hand, process management currently holds a relatively low profile in various companies; it is essential, but there won’t be any significant improvements in this area. Leaders focus mainly on safety, projects, and other matters, as they are interested in achieving tangible results.

1. In accordance with the prescribed approval procedures, has the authority to make changes to process documents and tooling drawings, the authority to interpret the established process documents, and the authority to correct process operations that do not meet the requirements of the drawings. 2. Has the authority to inspect and supervise the implementation of processes in the workshop, as well as the power to stop and punish any actions that violate process regulations. 　 3. Have the right to request information from relevant departments regarding product quality and raw material consumption. 4. Have the authority to convene professional meetings for process and technical personnel across the entire plant, to facilitate technical exchanges, organize efforts to address technical challenges, and to arrange and provide guidance on technical work. 5. Has the right to give suggestions regarding the rewards, punishments, promotions, and advancements of process technicians throughout the plant.

Managing strictly in accordance with the three-standard management system is sufficient.
