In overpressure relief devices, rupture disks are suitable for use with flammable, explosive, and toxic media. In practical applications, is consideration given to issues such as environmental pollution resulting from the operation of these rupture disks? Should a container or similar device be used to store the media that is released?
Hehe, this requires comprehensive consideration. Factors such as dielectric properties, leakage rate, location, and so on. In fact, many of the materials that have been released are sent for incineration in a flare or to a safe area.

Toxic and flammable gases certainly cannot be released directly outside; usually, a safety valve is connected to them, and further downstream they are sent back into containers for recovery, or discharged into the atmosphere through flares
If the toxic and flammable gases released by the safety venting device are sent into the atmosphere through a flare, what height is considered safe?
If combustible gases are vented into the atmosphere through flares, there are national standards governing the height at which this should be done
