The activation of the safety valve is caused by excessive operating pressure. After it activates, check the relevant reasons for activation on the DCS and close the corresponding valves promptly. Once the pressure drops, stop the trial operation, then remove the safety valve, replace it, and send it for inspection; otherwise, that safety valve cannot be installed and used again!
