For minor internal leakage rather than severe internal leakage, how can it be detected?
Reply to 1# Junyao: If there is a leak in the inter-stage cooler of the absorption tower, the heat exchange efficiency will decrease. As a result, the temperature of the methanol used to absorb CO2 will rise, thereby reducing its ability to absorb acidic gases. The concentrations of CO2 and H2S in the purified gas exiting the top of the tower will increase as well.
The hydrogen sulfide level at the top of the tower is above the limit; carbon dioxide levels are also above the limit, and the liquid level in the tower fluctuates
