Taking advantage of this wonderful opportunity, I am honored to share with you my smoking history: I have been smoking for over 10 years, and I have tried to quit many times; this year, I finally succeeded in quitting! I totally lost any thought of smoking! One can take a close look at the expression of those who are smoking; they appear to be very satisfied, but in reality they are driven by greed. This is a sign of dependence on that thing; one keeps thinking about it all the time, even when there’s no reason to, despite knowing it’s useless. In fact, the most crucial thing for quitting smoking is to have sufficient motivation; courage, perseverance, and financial resources are not that important. My reason is simple, but it’s sure to surprise everyone: I’ve tried Red Plum, San Wu, Yandang Mountain, Ashima, and Hong Shuangxi, but in the end I settled on Soft Red Tower. The quality of classic brands, at a price suitable for the working class. Years of experience have taught me never to buy cigarettes at small shops. The places where I buy cigarettes include state-owned supply and marketing cooperatives, supermarkets ranked among the top 100 in the country, and even some that are listed on the stock market. But around this year’s Spring Festival, genuine cigarettes were always unavailable. Given that, I finally decided to take real action. The critical period for quitting smoking: The first 100 days after starting to quit are a sensitive period; if one gets through it, success is generally assured. Thoughts on quitting smoking: I am sincerely grateful to the **Tobacco Bureau, Industry and Commerce Bureau, Quality Supervision Bureau... Of course, those responsible for counterfeiting and substandard products deserve the most thanks!
How can I smoke without becoming addicted? I’ve been smoking for about 5 years now, but sometimes I don’t want to smoke even for a month; I just want something to be obsessed with! !
Reply to 2# Adu: Thank you for the kind offer, but where did you get that thing?:lol
Reply to 3# wawjia: If you’re not addicted to it, then stay away from it; it’s easy to learn but hard to quit.

Reply to 7# Adu: Thank you! I thought I was envious of you for not using drugs, but now it’s my turn to be envied, right?:lol
:Lol, haha – if you stop talking about smoking, it’s basically impossible to quit; the only difference is whether you smoke at that moment or not
