One of the key aspects of the three inspections and four determinations process is the three inspections; it is necessary to organize various professionals and departments such as those in design, production, and management to carry out comprehensive inspections and evaluations of the engineering project from multiple perspectives, both horizontally and vertically, in order to identify problems and address them one by one. Only when the issues are comprehensively identified and targeted (classification and grading are also important) can this work be carried out effectively.
