In order to enhance middle-level managers’ understanding of the laws and regulations related to special equipment, I would like to seek advice from our senior colleagues regarding the relevant legal provisions concerning specialized motor vehicles (forklifts) used within factories and plants. I found a document from the Ministry of Labor regarding the issuance of the \"Regulations on Safety Management of Vehicles Used within Factories,\" but it has been repealed; no alternative regulations could be found. I would appreciate some advice!
