Dear experts, please compare the similarities and differences between the production technology of the 70m3 polymerization reactors used by Goodrich in the United States and that of the 105m3 polymerization reactors used in Europe for PVC production!
Ask a friend from Hua Er. It is said that the production capacity is 45,000 tons per year. SG-5
The Goodrich 70m3 polymerization reactor in the United States has a production capacity of 30,000 tons per year per reactor. The SG-5 model is used by the PVC company of Liaoning Jinhua Chemical Group; you can contact Liu Guangjie (the director of the PVC workshop) at 13842913895
Liaoning Jinhua Chemical Group’s PVC company can produce up to 5,400 tons per month (with two American Goudry 70m3 polymerization reactors)
Are there any 30M3 domestic reactors that use a constant-temperature feed process? I would like to ask for advice~
Currently, some units in China that use 30 m3 reactors employ a constant-temperature feeding process; this is the case at Sichuan Yibin Tianyuan Chemical
Jinhua Group’s individual units don’t have such high production rates either; around 25,000 tons per year is more or less the limit. The friend on the 3rd floor mentioned that Liu Guangjie is an expert in PVC processing; especially when it comes to the technology related to 70m3 reactors, one can seek his advice.
It seems that the PVC production technology used in the factory of that friend upstairs was also designed by Jinhua Research Institute; it must be the equipment provided by Liu Guangjie, right? :)
In my opinion, the 70m3 polymerization production technology used at Jinxi Chemical Plant is essentially the original Goodrich technology, with few changes or updates, whereas Beijing Huaer II has seen some improvements and now incorporates certain technologies from European ethylene production. There are many transfer achievements within the industry.
Shanghai Sensong has reactors of both 70 and 105 capacity, and their design is also more advanced than that of Jinhua’s improved models
The overall quality of the polymerization reactors produced by Shanghai Sensong is better than that of those made by Jinxi; they are particularly well-made in terms of polishing and various details such as thermometer connections, but they are slightly more expensive. Our company uses polymerization reactors from Shanghai Sensong.
