What is the relationship with dust removal, high-pressure ammonia water, and flat coal handling? How should I proceed?
If there is flat coal handling, it must be a top-charging coke oven. During coal loading, high-pressure ammonia creates suction; additionally, the coal leveling rods also generate suction as they move, allowing air to enter. When the oxygen in the air reaches a certain proportion with the gas produced during coal loading (that is, the explosive limit), an explosion occurs, which is what we refer to as a blast.
I’m not sure if by ‘setting off explosions’ you mean inside the carbonization chamber or inside the dust removal duct
