We only have a top condenser, which is mainly used to condense the water vapor in the gas at the top of the tower. Do you mean the full condenser as referring to the first and second condensers?

The top of the stripping tower is equipped only with a regular cooler, without a total condenser

What’s at the top of the tower shouldn’t be a condenser; it should be a heat exchanger. The gas-phase pipelines emerge from the top of the tower, and it is after that connection that a condenser is installed. I’ve seen two Japanese-style towers that are set up this way.
In small Japanese plants, the tops of the towers are used to heat deionized water through preheating, either for flushing the tray plates or for supplying hot water to the polymerization reactors.
The condenser is cooled using general-purpose pure water, which serves to achieve initial condensation; this pure water is reused afterward. The full condenser, on the other hand, is cooled with cooling water, which is recycled.
The condenser can only condense a portion of the water contained in the mixture discharged from the stripping tower. The full-condenser, on the other hand, can further condense the water present in the remaining mixture discharged from the condenser; it can also condense the water in the mixture discharged directly from the slurry stripping tower when the condenser is not functioning properly, offering greater capacity
