Working principle of acidic water recovery: The output of the acidic water stripping tower is connected to a booster pump; the booster pump is linked to a filter via water pipes, and the outlet of the filter is directly connected to the soft water buffer tank of the hydrogenation unit through water pipes equipped with valves ; Alternatively, the outlet of the filter can first be connected to a cooler via a water pipe to cool the acidic water; the cooler is then connected to the soft water buffer tank of the hydrogenation unit through water pipes equipped with valves. This setup is suitable for hydrogenation reactors used in various oil processing processes, including hydrocracking, hydrogenation refining of gasoline and diesel, hydrogenation of wax oil, and hydrogenation of residue oil.
