For equipment and pumps, inspections are mainly carried out by the equipment staff; Process pipeline category: mainly focused on process inspections ; Model pump: The main body is intact; the fixing bolts, swing shaft pins, drain valves, etc. are all present and in good working condition. The coupling is properly connected, and the bolts meet the required standards. The inlet and outlet valves, as well as the lubrication and cooling systems, are properly installed – they are aligned neatly and there are no blockages or leaks. The cooling water system is connected correctly with no errors. The injectors are in good condition and functional; the oil storage tank is clean. The lubricating oil used meets the specified requirements. The rods, piston rings, etc., are installed properly, with wear limits and valve integrity meeting the specified standards. The materials and specifications of the internal components meet the requirements. All components are free from deformation, cracks, or damage, and their installation is proper. The vent connections to the pumps work smoothly. The specifications and installation of the impellers are correct. The shaft can rotate freely with even stress distribution.
