It is also related to the amount of dry acid sprayed, as well as the flow of air inside the drying tower
It could also be due to whether the acid distribution in the acid distribution tubes is even, whether there are problems with the degasser, or issues with the tubes used for sample preparation and sampling

In my opinion, in addition to the acid temperature and amount at the top of the drying tower, as well as whether the acid distribution mechanism is even, it is also necessary to check for any leaks in the pipes and valves leading from the drying tower to the fan (to prevent wet air from entering the system) ; And check whether there is air leakage at the seal of the fan shaft seal collar. Too high a moisture content means that both environmental standards and equipment requirements are not met. The equipment is likely leaking severely.
