The filter before the alkali pump often gets clogged; how should this situation be handled?

We need to see what is blocking it If it is an alkali crystal, heating it with steam will do. If it’s debris, add a bypass at the inlet filter and clean the filter regularly.
The alkaline pumps we use are all prepared by dissolving the substances in hot water first. Basically, after the pump stops operating, steam is used to clean the pipes once more to ensure good performance during the next use.
