Today, the diesel pump is not operating properly: the surface temperature of the pump is abnormally high, white smoke is constantly coming from it, and the pressure inside the pump is also above the rated value. Some technicians say that the large volume of liquid drawn out by the diesel stripping tower caused the pump’s inlet temperature to rise, leading to this phenomenon. Is that really the case (is the pump’s inlet indeed higher than before)? So what’s causing the white smoke? Seek the truth! What are the other reasons that cause the pump body to overheat?
Is it a centrifugal pump? If the flow rate is normal, the most likely cause is an increase in the medium temperature. The white smoke is likely due to the paint or oil on the surface of the pump vaporizing or burning under high temperatures.

It should be fine; either the medium temperature is high, there’s a problem with the cooling system, or the load has been increased
Check the lubrication system and the cooling system to see if there are any problems. Also, if there is high-temperature protection, you don’t need to worry.
