Dear colleagues, I wonder how your company handles liquefied gas alkali slag and gasoline alkali slag? What is the manufacturing process?
The more common treatment methods at present are wet oxidation, catalytic wet oxidation, and biological treatment; the latter is less used. A new technology is currently being tested, and if you’re interested, you can message me privately
There are enterprises in Xinjiang that use diesel alkaline slag to produce naphthenic acid.

This post was last edited by xuexue0909 on 2012-2-20 at 13:52. Our company possesses advanced technologies for treating alkaline slag wastewater; if you have any needs, please contact Mr. Xu at 13901303805. The Dagang project in Tianjin, the Liaohe River project, Jinzhou, and the Yanchang project are all successes achieved by our company.
Taking the Liaohe River as an example, the biological method is used. 50 tons of diesel alkali slag per day. Starting with naphthenic acid: inlet COD 3W, S5000; outlet COD 800S < 1, TD 15 grams.
Our factory has a lot of alkali slag; especially with my current gasoline pre-alkaline washing system, I need to learn some new technologies
Hello, may I ask what manufacturing process you use?
Qingyang Petrochemical no longer has alkali slag, so it does not need to be treated. The liquefied gas desulfurization unit achieves zero alkali slag emissions.
What technology! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
