It seems your pH level isn’t well controlled
Do you add acid to your electrolyzers or not? It has an impact even if it isn’t added.

There is a problem with the pH adjustment; first, check what the acidity of the brine exiting the system is, and adjust the amount of acid added accordingly based on the conditions of that brine. More acid does not necessarily mean better results. Calibrate those electrodes again.

There is also the issue of the dechlorination tower packing.

You can analyze it from the following aspects: whether the amount of acid added to the brackish water is sufficient, whether the packing in the dechlorination tower is damaged, whether the saltwater feed pipes in the dechlorination tower are damaged or distribute the fluid unevenly, and whether the liquid level in the dechlorination tower is not properly controlled.
