I have searched numerous documents, but I couldn’t find any data on the gas-liquid phase equilibrium of the trichlorosilane system. If anyone has relevant literature and data on this topic, please help me; I would be extremely grateful. . . .

As far as I know, there is no such publicly available data; surely many companies and research institutions have conducted studies on it, as this type of data involves certain technical confidentiality issues
I heard that the physical properties of this substance are also included in the latest version of Aspen V7.3. If it exists, it should be quite accurate.
True or false, this is still considered a technical secret; ASPEN can basically simulate it, but in practice, the results may differ from the theory due to the conditions of the equipment used.
Is it difficult to use the ASPEN software? ?
