Is the world’s economy once again in crisis?

According to various reports, many European and American companies have experienced a severe decline. China’s automotive and real estate industries are both under various forms of control; surely the economic crisis of 2008 isn’t about to happen again!
It is said that the prospects are not optimistic; the European debt crisis has not yet ended, and there might be a crisis in China as well. I recently attended a lecture by Lao Lang, and if what he said is true, then local governments have already gone bankrupt and are unable to pay even the interest on their debts. The economy is now in a state of stagflation, and those idiots simply won’t be able to solve this situation. Europe is in a crisis, and Germany/France are trying to save the eurozone; so who will step in to address the debt crisis here, how will it be resolved, and will they print more money?
