Are the screw compressors referred to by the poster those with high and low pressure cylinders, or single-cylinder types? Take a look; mine might not be suitable for you.

Process flow of refrigeration cycle systems 1. Single-stage refrigeration cycle system. Single-stage refrigerators are a widely used type of refrigeration unit; they can be applied in ice production, air conditioning, food refrigeration, and industrial production processes, among other areas. A single-stage refrigeration cycle refers to the process in which the refrigerant goes through compression, condensation, throttling, and evaporation within the refrigeration system, thereby completing the cycle of a single-stage refrigerator and achieving the purpose of cooling. The refrigeration system consists of an evaporator, a single-stage compressor, an oil separator, a condenser, an ammonia storage tank, an ammonia liquid separator, a throttle valve, and other auxiliary equipment; these components are connected to each other through pipes to form a closed system. Among them, the evaporator is a device that transfers cold energy; when the liquid refrigerant evaporates, it absorbs heat from the object to be cooled, thereby achieving cooling ; The compressor is the heart of the system, serving to draw in, compress, and transport the refrigerant vapor ; The oil separator is used to settle and separate the oil from the compressed refrigerant vapor ; The condenser condenses the high-temperature refrigerant vapor discharged by the compressor into a saturated liquid ; The ammonia storage tank is used to store the refrigerant ammonia liquid that has condensed in the condenser, thereby regulating the supply and demand of this ammonia liquid between the condenser and the evaporator ; The ammonia liquid separator is an important auxiliary device in the ammonia gravity feeding system ; The throttle valve thins and reduces the pressure of the refrigerant, controls and regulates the flow rate of the liquid refrigerant entering the evaporator, and divides the system into a high-pressure side and a low-pressure side. The two-stage refrigeration cycle evolved from the single-stage refrigeration cycle; its compression process takes place in two stages. The refrigerant vapor coming from the evaporator first enters the low-pressure stage cylinder where it is compressed to an intermediate pressure. After intermediate cooling, it enters the high-pressure stage cylinder where it is compressed to the condensation pressure before entering the condenser. Generally, when the evaporation temperature is between -25°C and -50°C, a two-stage compressor should be used for cooling. The refrigeration system consists of an evaporator, a two-stage compressor, an oil separator, a condenser, an intermediate cooler, an ammonia storage tank, an ammonia liquid separator, a throttle valve, and other auxiliary equipment; these components are connected to each other through pipes to form a closed system. Among them, the intercooler utilizes a small amount of liquid refrigerant to vaporize at intermediate pressure and absorb heat, thereby cooling the superheated steam discharged from the low-pressure stage, reducing the suction temperature of the high-pressure stage, and also cooling the high-pressure liquid refrigerant.
