The V1214 valve of the molecular sieve does not open to the proper degree at the start of regeneration

Recently, the V1214 valve for molecular sieves in our plant did not open to the proper degree at the start of regeneration; it required a delay before it could open fully. And this doesn’t happen during the day; it occurs at night. I added fuel and replaced the electromagnetic sensor, but the problem still appears at night! I work in the air separation industry and don’t know much about valve structures; I’m seeking solutions online.
Is it a disc valve on-site? Is it on-off type or adjustable type? Electric or pneumatic?

Is the temperature difference between day and night quite large where you are? Especially in winter.
