How to prevent the coal storage tank of the Endu furnace from becoming suspended in winter?

Since the Endu furnace came online for production in 2003, our company has faced the issue of coal storage tanks remaining exposed in winter every year; this problem is particularly severe during the cold months of January and December, as it significantly impacts production. Do any of you experts have any good ways to solve this?
Add a vibrator, or maybe add insulation as well
Use a nitrogen gun or install a heat retention device; if there is a drying system, increase the drying capacity and add coal
