How is CNPC Pipeline Bureau? Which is better compared to refineries?

As the title suggests: What are the main tasks of the Pipeline Bureau? Does chemical engineering involve pipeline design? Which professionals need to work outdoors frequently?
I think the Pipeline Bureau is better.
They’re all good; as long as it’s done well, that’s enough. Really, if you’re willing to put in the effort, there’s no need to worry too much – be confident!

In process engineering, if one works in a refinery, they usually end up as workshop operators, working shift rotations between day and night shifts; the work is not very busy on regular days, but it gets busier during major or minor maintenance tasks. Personally, I don’t find this very interesting, and I prefer the PetroChina Pipeline Bureau, whose main activities involve the construction, management, and maintenance of long-distance pipelines.
