Beijing Aerospace Institute No. 11 is quite good; other manufacturers mainly focus on producing accessories. We have used the products from Beijing Institute No. 11 for a year, and there is no difference between them and those from Texaco. Shiyi is the manufacturer I know that offers the highest level of professionalism in terms of burner processing precision. Its price is the highest in the domestic market, equivalent to two-thirds of the price abroad
Beijing Aerospace 11th Institute is quite good; it has strong design capabilities. Its manufacturing is carried out by a private enterprise, and it also makes use of advanced foreign products. The processing unit has considerable capabilities; it is equipped with several CNC machines, giving it strong processing capacity. I just communicated with them a few days ago; we here also need water nozzles. At the same time, they can also manufacture and process many types of equipment. The design was created by a design institute, not by the 11th Institute. The errors incurred by Eleven were quite large, so it wasn’t used in Phase 2 of Texas Hengsheng. Eleven can only do it, and most of the processes are outsourced; they cannot carry out repairs. Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Inspection and Safety Company as well as Shijiazhuang Guoxiong Slurry Nozzle Company can both manufacture and repair products. The Zhenhai Heming Burner Research Institute generally only performs repairs.

The gasification furnaces used at Weihua have been manufactured by Beijing Aerospace 11th Institute, Xi’an Xinli, and Zhenhai Refining & Chemical. Shijiazhuang Guoxiong is mostly used in Yankuang, especially in the area of four-nozzle systems. Xi’an Xingligang has been in operation for only a short time, but its business has grown rapidly in recent years; companies such as Fengxi and Jiutai use its products quite frequently.
There are eleven good companies in Beijing. We provide maintenance services for the equipment they manufacture; their work is done in a quite professional manner.
