What is a “line-to-group”? I’m writing to let you all know that I’m tired.

A line-transformer unit should be considered as a single entity of “circuit + transformer”; similarly, a generator-transformer unit, which is connected as a single unit, is also referred to as a gen-set. The line-to-transformer connection, also known as the line transformer bank connection, refers to a configuration in which the high-voltage side of the transformer is connected directly to the transmission lines rather than to a busbar; this setup is simple as it does not require any busbar equipment
