A water treatment system with a capacity of 600 cubic meters is to be installed, of which 100 cubic meters will be used for 2 50T circulating fluidized bed boilers. Could you recommend what type of equipment to use – a floating bed (single or double) or a fixed bed? Is secondary deionized water required for 100T boilers? Could you recommend some manufacturers with good water treatment equipment? Raw water quality: Conductivity is 500–800; other parameters have not yet been measured. Water usage pattern: Continuous use
OP, first, a water quality analysis of the raw water is needed. Again, it depends on whether the boiler is of low pressure, medium pressure, or high pressure; therefore, the water treatment processes also vary. I am a water treatment manufacturer; feel free to discuss this in more detail if you are interested. QQ1611248153
What I will do for you is a single-stage reverse osmosis system combined with an anion and cation exchange bed. You can tell what manufacturing process my set uses just by looking at the picture.
I’d like to know what device you ended up using and how effective it was. Thank you
