There is a high-pressure nitrogen pressure tapping pipe on the Texaco gasifier. Why is this high-pressure nitrogen pressure tapping pipe installed? What is the principle behind high-pressure nitrogen pressure tapping? I would appreciate it if everyone could provide some guidance. Thank you

The specific location is at the upper part of the cylinder, at the pressure measurement port of the gasification furnace
The nitrogen at the pressure tapping of the gasifier serves a protective purpose. A trace amount is sufficient.
