Is having a sense of ambition related to age?

I’m under 25 years old, and I always think that after completing my doctorate, I’d like to work for a multinational company. But the people in the laboratory say it would be great if I could stay there as well, right? But I always feel that there’s no room for growth in laboratories these days; one just gets by, earning around 100,000 per year, which is barely enough to make ends meet. Yet I think such a life is too monotonous – the only thing left to do is to count the days, waiting for the day to get married or to have children. The days pass by one after another. I wonder if it’s because I’m not experienced enough in life that I think this way Is it still the difference between people? PS: If one day I were to live that kind of life, would I really be satisfied? I was wondering if anyone with experience has any advice?

Stay in the laboratory and achieve something extraordinary in this role; a doctoral degree opens up great prospects for growth. Several managers in our department have doctoral degrees; they are all considered treasures of the company and are highly respected. Life is about continuous pursuit – once one reaches a certain level, one should strive to reach an even higher one.
It has to do with a sense of responsibility; it doesn’t really relate much to age. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
What has always troubled me is whether, after struggling my way through life in society and realizing how difficult it is to get by there, I’ll end up counting down the days just the same
You can earn 100,000 a year just by working in the lab; haha, what do you want to do outside? ? ? Maybe as soon as you go out, you’ll become a hero or a martyr, hehe! ! ! It has nothing to do with age; it’s related to responsibility or a desire to improve one’s situation. If your family isn’t well-off, and your boyfriend or husband’s family isn’t wealthy either, with limited income as well, then you know what you need to do.
The reason is that you’re not married yet and don’t have children. When the environment changes, the mindset also changes.
Yes, once a woman gets married and has children, her mindset really changes a lot. At that point, you should consider how pleasant it would be to just work in the laboratory and earn over a hundred thousand per year. How many people envy you?
