Issues with the flow capacity of the valve

There are two globe valves with the same DN and PN values, but they were not manufactured by the same manufacturer; due to a lack of available information, it is not possible to determine whether their flow coefficients are identical. I would like to ask everyone: are there any unified standards or specifications for the flow capacity of valves with the same DN and PN during manufacturing? Is it possible for their flow coefficients to be the same, or must they be the same?
If it is the same model of product with the same structure, the theoretical flow capacity should be the same; there may be slight variations. The actual flow rate depends on the flow rate of the medium, its density, and the pressure difference before and after the valve.
