If it is indeed a reaction process, catalyst quality issues can be ruled out; the problem may lie in aspects such as the nozzle linear speed, the centrifuge, or fluidization. The catalyst particle size can be examined using an electron microscope, and if only small particles are present, the possibility of a leak in the centrifuge can be excluded. The steam to the nozzle can be adjusted, or the steam consumption in other areas can be checked; a malfunctioning steam meter may cause excessive steam flow in certain areas.
