In the northern regions, the heat-resistant tubes used in winter often freeze up. Since they need to be replaced, it becomes impossible to provide insulation or heating. Later, a manager came up with a solution: he cut a piece of 6-millimeter tape, wrapped it around the tubes, and sealed both ends with rags. This approach proved very effective; otherwise, the metal tubes would get clogged by impurities in the gas, and combined with water, they would often freeze and leak.
