External heat access manhole

This post was last edited by dongliangsir on 2011-11-10 at 22:35. During shutdowns for external heat extraction, there is often a lot of catalyst that cannot be placed into the catalyst tank; it has to be installed from outside through the manhole. Is there any good solution to this problem?
During the shutdown period, blow it clean several more times with wind； An air release valve can be installed at the bottom of the tank; in that case, air can be released directly through it and caught using a bag.
Catalysts are inevitable; we’ll just have to make do with them.
Reply to 3# grdong: When discharging the agent, adjust the flow rate of the fluidization air and the downward valve more; there should not be much residue left.
The vent at the bottom of the external heat exchanger is connected to the agent removal line; during shutdown for agent removal, the process can be accelerated either by relying on natural pressure or by creating a vacuum.
The small desulfurization line installed in our system is used to drain the desulfurizing agent from the bottom of the external heat exchanger; during shutdown, both the large and small units are used for desulfurization, which not only speeds up the process but also ensures that the external heat exchanger is completely cleaned
