Production tasks are very busy; those in charge of processes need to remember to ensure that production schedules are followed while also dealing with various issues that arise during production. They need to have knowledge in management, design, emergency response, and problem-solving. Skills develop through work in production, but it’s often difficult to know how to find the right direction, how to determine one’s own role, how to turn problems that occur on the production floor into theoretical concepts, and what knowledge and skills should be learned
My experience is: read more books regularly and follow standards； Multiple contact projects ； Go to the site more often ； Think more ； Multiple verifications.
Practical experience is important; one needs to be familiar with the standards and should visit the site frequently~~~
