On the quick-shut component control chart, it seems that the fuel supply for the quick-shut component is connected to the quick-shut oil; can the fuel supply for the quick-shut component be converted into quick-shut oil?
I’m not sure where your turbine is located. In the Hangzhou gas system, the valve that controls the shutdown of the speed control oil is what’s referred to as the speed control oil valve. It would be best if you could send a clear image so that I can help analyze it for you
In my opinion, the fuel for the quick-shut-off component and the quick-shut-off oil both come from the control oil system; they simply go to different places where they serve different functions. I’m not sure if what the original poster meant by the quick-shut-off component’s fuel supply is this
Mine also has a Hangzhou-based engine; I saw it on a diagram showing the oil system, and it seems that the fuel supply for the quick-shut-off component is connected to the quick-shut-off oil coming from the safety device. This quick-shut oil is supplied together with the shutdown solenoid valve and the quick-shut component. It’s difficult to work with images in PDF format
The oil system you are referring to comes from the control oil; the quick-shut oil is the oil that returns during shutdown, and this applies both to normal and abnormal situations. Therefore, the oil returning from the quick-shut components you see is connected to the oil pipelines coming from the emergency safety device as well as the shutdown solenoid valve – all of these oils return to the control oil return pipeline.
