Company Overview: Hebei Meihua Group invested in establishing a production facility in Wujiaqu City, Xinjiang, in 2010 to manufacture amino acids. Located 40 kilometers from Urumqi, the facility utilizes local resource advantages to operate a 100,000-ton synthetic ammonia plant. The production process involves continuous vaporization, desulfurization, medium-low pressure conversion, conversion and desulfurization, PSA carbon removal, reciprocating compressors, and low-pressure methanation. The entire production control system is based on DCS technology, and the equipment is currently in the installation phase. Job targets: Operators, maintenance workers, and management personnel with at least 3 years of work experience in the aforementioned positions. Salary: Over 4,000 yuan per month; positions for some management staff are still to be established. Those who perform excellently while driving will be promoted to management roles. Management staff earn an annual salary of 80,000–140,000 yuan.
