For applying such paint, high requirements are placed on the equipment, and the ambient temperature during application should preferably not be too low. I searched online for the requirements; I hope this will be helpful to you. It’s not an advertisement: Before applying the coating, the surface of the steel structure must be treated to prevent rusting – it should be clean, free of oil and dust. The anti-rust paint should be applied in two coats. Before application, the paint should be mixed thoroughly; if its viscosity is too high, 2-5% of a thinner can be added to dilute it before use. There should be a gap of at least 24 hours between each coat, with 2-10 coats being applied in total until the desired thickness is achieved. The thickness of the first coat should not exceed 200μm, while the thickness of each subsequent coat should not exceed 300μm； One to two coats of topcoat can be applied according to color requirements: the application should be carried out indoors under an umbrella shelter, in an environment with a temperature between 0-38°C; the paint film must be protected from rain until it has fully dried.
