Under high load conditions, if the furnace temperature fluctuates significantly, there is a higher likelihood of slag clogging. Slag breakers are divided into static and dynamic types; the process used by Texaco employs dynamic slag breakers, while Huali uses static ones due to patent reasons. In terms of performance, the dynamic slag remover works better, but the static slag remover is also satisfactory as long as the furnace temperature is properly controlled.
The coal slurry fed into the furnace has a high ash content and high melting point, which can lead to an excessive amount of slag and reduced fluidity. Poor operation can cause slag to accumulate at the slag outlet in the combustion chamber or at the quench ring, potentially leading to blockages.
It mainly depends on the operating temperature and the ash melting point of the coal quality. The probability of furnace bricks falling off is relatively low, right?
Large fluctuations in furnace temperature, poor quality of the black water, and malfunctions in the slag breaking machine can all lead to blockages at the slag discharge outlet; the root cause is improper operation

Reply to 8#: For the 21st cigarette, if neither the backpressure nor the reversal of the slag-breaking machine is significant, one can opt for the “slag-pulling” method: disable the instrument interlock, open valves 09 and 15 simultaneously for a short period of time, and use the lock hopper to release pressure in order to clear the blockage. When removing slag, pay attention to monitoring the liquid levels in the gasification furnace and the carbon scrubbing tower to prevent emptying.
