Is there a recruitment drive for the Caofeidian refining and chemical project?

Does anyone know which company is responsible for the Caofeidian refining and chemical project, and what is the progress of its construction? Are you hiring?
Reply to 1# zhiyuan1100: The one from Sinopec should belong to Yanshan Petrochemical; it is likely that Yanshan Petrochemical will be relocated as a whole to Caofeidian.
