The head of the sulfuric acid production section needs to understand the production process flow, equipment structure, startup sequence, and how to handle various problems that arise during production, as well as to master the accident response plans. The profitability in the sulfuric acid industry is not high, so the salary of section chiefs is generally not very high; it’s around 4,000 yuan per month in the south and about 2,500 yuan per month in the north.
In a while, I guess – the salary is that high. Here, even the workshop supervisors earn less than 3,000 yuan per month.
We have a project in the north that requires professionals in this field, but we don’t know where to look for candidates, nor how to determine their compensation, so we’re posting this to seek advice from everyone. If anyone knows someone suitable, they can also recommend them.
