During proper operation at present, it is difficult to control the oxygen-coal ratio; load changes occur too quickly, which leads to blockages at the slag outlet, fluctuations in furnace temperature, unstable liquid levels, and fluctuations in pressure and flow rates. Try not to change the load too quickly! It’s best if the high-temperature thermocouple has a display!
