Cyclone separator problem

Recently, the cyclone separator used by our company often has materials being sucked away, and the situation is not stable. Could you please tell me what is the problem with the cyclone separator? I suspect there is something wrong inside the cyclone separator, such as whether the wear of the inner pipe (exhaust pipe) may cause such a problem. We have checked the sealing of the separator and there should be basically no problem.
Is it possible that the design of your cyclone separator does not match the material flow rate? The material flow rate is too fast and the bottom of the cyclone separator is not deep enough, causing the material to not settle and be taken away by the material.
Thank you for your reply. We have been using the cyclone separator. This problem has only occurred in the past few weeks. It is not like this all the time. It comes occasionally, about a week. So we now wonder if there will be a problem with the cyclone separator
In this round of maintenance, we opened the cyclone separator for inspection. There is no problem with the cyclone separator itself. Maybe the problem is still elsewhere in our system.
Is it a problem with the material feed speed?
It should be caused by air leakage in the discharging part. For example, the fan (discharge valve) is not closed tightly. Air leakage at joints, etc.
It should be that the physical conditions of the material have changed.
It should be the mailbox of your wind speed and equipment height.
Our first level is also dusty. We are currently replacing the discharge air shutoff device. We suspect it is related to air leakage.
