Entered the working mode after three years of work

When I first started working, I only knew how to do tasks mechanically; after two years of working, I still didn’t know how to approach projects or how to work more efficiently. Now that I understand these things, I regret being so stupid and having wasted all those years. I feel that since I’ve started working, it’s essential to first understand the workflow in your role, the current state of things, what needs to be pursued and what needs to be waited for – this will make things much more efficient.
When you first start working, how can you know these things? You only find out after you’ve done the work. So, whatever has been done must be summarized; otherwise it’s as good as doing nothing.
Reply to 2# m7_laurentium: Yes, if you don’t summarize, there will be no progress; sometimes it’s only by summarizing that you can understand things. :)
The most important thing is to have a good mentor to guide you. But usually, we don’t have that much luck. In fact, some things are quite simple; it’s just that we haven’t done them before. If someone shows us how to do them, then we realize they’re actually very simple. Sometimes, luck is also a form of skill
You need to be in this field; I don’t know sei, lpec, hpcec – you just can’t do the work.

Reply to 4# kivenyz: I can relate to that. When I first arrived, someone guided me, but that person wasn’t highly regarded in the company and didn’t have much motivation to work; as a result, it took me a long time to get into the right working rhythm. Now, I work with more freedom.
