Every time I go to a company, I feel that the finance staff are really impressive, which is uncomfortable; I wonder if others feel the same way
Haha, it’s all an act of putting on a show. In small private companies, it’s usually the boss’s relatives who are in charge; in larger companies, people use the company’s money as if it were their own. You have to act like that to succeed. It’s necessary to say nice things regularly, and to buy small gifts when appropriate – that way, expenses can be more easily claimed, and salaries won’t be calculated incorrectly. Haha
If things are difficult, think about whether there might be issues with handling interpersonal relationships. I get along very well with the finance department staff.
It’s the same in all cases; the finance departments of those companies are very strong, after all, they’re the finance ministers!
