May I ask which type of flow meter is recommended for measuring ethanol vapor with high accuracy? 0-25Kg/h。
What is the diameter? You can try using an orifice flow meter, paired with a high-quality differential pressure transmitter (brands such as Rosemount, EJA, etc.)
As mentioned above. An orifice plate differential pressure flow meter can also be used; both Yokogawa Electric and Rosemount offer similar products, with Yokogawa’s seeming to be of higher quality. The model is EJA115, but calculations require specialized software.
According to LZ’s process conditions, the pipe diameter is not large. I previously chose an inline orifice flow meter (Rosemount); a mass flow meter would also work.
Temperature, pressure, diameter, and medium haven’t been specified, so it’s difficult to help with the analysis
Reply to 2# Xinzhongxiang: Hello, these are the only data available at the moment; a preliminary technical plan is being developed, and the specifications have not yet been determined.
Consider using a rotameter; Croni and Festo both offer options, as well as the EJA series for measuring very small flow rates.
Reply to 7# hunterzhang: If you have sufficient funds, you can consider using an adjustable orifice plate with a transmitter. If funding is limited and there are no strong vibrations in the operating conditions, vortex flow meters can be considered.
